A Single Dream: The Development of the Ministry
Our Mission:
To share the Gospel of Christ by engaging communities, removing barriers, and empowering individuals to live purposeful lives.

Our Vision:
To impact lives through the power of the gospel transforming individuals, communities and entire nations for an eternity.

Ministry Strategic Plan 2021-2025:
The expansion of community development projects that promote sustainable solutions for addictions treatment, small business development, small scale agricultural food security, health education, and targeted economic solutions that buffer the effect of poverty for at risk individuals and communities.
A Willing Heart:
God has called each believer to reach out to those in need and share the love of Christ and the Hope of the Gospel with all who will listen. El Taller del Maestro began as a dream implanted in the heart of a single woman. That seed has flourished through obedience and sacrifice. The development of the Ministry is a story of what God can do through a willing heart!
Team Members
Dilcia Gamero - Founder
Jesus' Workshop was founded by Dilcia Gamero in 2012 after a mission trip to her native country of Nicaragua. On that trip, God pricked her heart and gave her a burden for hurting people all over the world. Dilcia's passion to see people reached for Christ is incredible, and her willingness to go to the ends of the earth inspires those around her. Jesus' Workshop has engaged in an array of projects since its founding. We've seen people brought to Christ through Bible schools and church services, as well as aided people in their everyday lives through medical programs, as well as maternity and school supplies.
Douglas Miller - Content Writer
After traveling to Nicaragua on a mission trip, Doug felt a specific calling for the country and its people. Doug has been partnering with the ministry as a content writer providing website design and digital communications. God has united Dilcia and Doug's lives and ministries allowing them the opportunity to reach those in need of Christ. They look forward to many years of ministry together as God expands the scope of the outreaches throughout Nicaragua and the world allowing them to share the hope found in the message of the Gospel.
El Taller del Maestro Team - Nicaragua
The ministry would not be possible if not for the support of countless individuals who give of their time, talents and resources. Every facet of the outreach including logistics, material acquisition, travel, medical outreach, food distribution, ministry, and countless other tasks that must be completed each and every week is dependent on the servant hearts of each diverse team member. God has graced the ministry with some of the most joyful and sacrificial hearts there are. It is with great pleasure to serve Jesus side by side with this team!
Ministry Values
The Ministry will promote the importance of a personal relationship with Jesus through FAITH. This foundation allows the trans-formative work of the Holy Spirit enabling believers to live purposeful lives. In all that we do both publicly and privately, members of the ministry will conduct themselves with INTEGRITY at all times. In all things and in all ways the ministry will promote EXCELLENCE in action and deed. Reaching out to individuals, families and communities in need through generosity and love is central to our mission as a ministry and a central part of who we are as believers. Jesus said His disciples would be know by their love for one another. SERVICE is the evidence of that Love. We believe that every person is equal at the foot of the cross. The ministry is committed to promoting EQUITY in its structure, operations and provision of services. Partnership with individuals, communities and National/International organizations is central to the Ministries operations, COLLABORATION creates a more diverse organization and promotes excellence, creates value and strengthens long term resiliency and sustainability. The development and provision of services will be supported by applicable BEST PRACTICES, utilizing approaches that focus on long term sustainable outcomes. The ministry will seek to promote SUSTAINABILITY in project development, service provision and financial allocation through the creation of systems that will assist individuals and communities to decrease dependency through partnerships, education, training and resource development. The Ministry will provide services that will promote a future of independence and sustainability maintaining high levels of SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. The Ministry will provide UNRESTRICTED ACCESS of services to those in need.

Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible is the inspired, perfect, and authoritative Word of God (2 Peter 1:21), (2 Timothy 3:16).We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: FATHER, SON and HOLY SPIRIT (1 John 5:7)
We believe in God the Father, Creator of heaven and earth, perfect in holiness, infinite in wisdom and measureless in power. We rejoice that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men and women, that He hears and answers prayer, and that He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ. (Matthew 5:48; Genesis 1:1; Hebrews 11:3; Nehemiah 9:6; Hebrews 1:2-3; Psalm 103:19; Ephesians 1:11; 1 Kings 8:27; and Psalm 90:2)
We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, sinless in His life, and making atonement for the sin of the world by His shed blood and death on the cross. We believe in His bodily resurrection, His ascension into heaven, and His high priestly intercession for His people. We believe in His personal, visible and triumphant return to the world according to His promise. (Isaiah 9:6; Matthew 1:18-25; John 1:14; Hebrews 10:9; John 1:29; 1 John 2:1-2; John 14:3; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17; and Acts 1:11).
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who came forth from God to convince the world of sin, to convince the world of righteousness, and of judgement and to regenerate, sanctify, and comfort those who believe in Jesus Christ.
(John 15:26; John 16:8-11; Romans 6:3-6; 1 Corinthians 12:13; 2 Thessalonians 2:13; and 1 Peter 1:1-3).

We believe that Jesus Christ is "the way, the truth, and the life." (John 14:6)

We believe that salvation comes only by confession of one's sin and believing in Jesus Christ. It is through believing in the death and resurrection of Christ that our sins are forgiven and we are given Eternal life through God's Grace. [Romans 10:9] Our salvation is entirely a product of God's Grace not by works. (Ephesians 2:8,9)

We believe that a true encounter with Christ has the power to transform lives (2 Corinthians 5:17) and is evidenced by a persons nature changing from a life of sin into a life of freedom revealed by the fruits of the Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Forbearance, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-control. (Galatians 5:22-23)

We believe that all who believe in Jesus Christ have been called to share the message of the Gospel to the world. (Matthew 28:18-20)
